The farm is  located on the edge of the South Downs National Park, with views to the Downs; about half way between Petersfield and Midhurst, south of the A272.  The nearest railway stations are Liss and Petersfield - Liss is closer, but Petersfield is easier to get to (15 minutes by car; and there are occasional buses). 

If you go to the 1:25,000 scale Ordnance Survey map, Wakeham Farm is clearly marked.  The cottages are above the upstroke of the h, and the house is above the upstroke of the m. 

To drive to us:

The farm is about 1 mile outside Rogate, on the A272 (Petersfield-Midhurst road). From Rogate, drive towards Midhurst. You will see a small secluded church in the middle of a field on your right hand side. The entrance to the church (St Peter's, Terwick) is signposted off the road to your right, just before you start to go up a long hill. For the cottages and farm house, follow the sign to the church but then turn immediately left down the Wakeham Farm drive (you will leave a small sunken cottage - Frog's Hole - on your left). BE CAREFUL! - the drive is bumpy and full of pot holes after the bad winter, and occasionally muddy.

When you get to the farm house, turn left up an even less well made up track. Do NOT attempt this in a Ferrari. The cottages are about 100 yards up this track, on your right. There is room to park to unload, but please then drive another 100 yards up the track to leave your car where the track widens and there is a grass verge on the left, since otherwise you will be in the way of farm vehicles.

Wakeham House has its own (smooth) private drive from the A272. The turning is NOT the same as that to the farm house and cottages. Instead, continue300 yards uphill from the farm drive, then turn through the double wooden gates labelled Wakeham House, leaving Watson’s Lodge (a small cottage at the end of the Wakeham House drive) on your left.
