We - and our lawyers, who said we should put this section in - shall be grateful if you will take careful note of the following:

1.     Please do not trespass upon our neighbours' lands - there is a map in your cottage showing the boundaries of the farm.

2.     Please keep away from main farmyard and the 12ft deep swimming pool (unless you are swimming!). The farmyard is dangerous and the "Keep Out" signs are to protect you and your children.

3.     Please keep dogs on a leash (except when in the cottage) and under control at all times, and do not disturb the pheasants and other wildlife - the farm is managed as part of a commercial shoot. Please take extra care on shooting days.

4.     Please take care when by the river and do not swim, paddle or boat in it or allow children to do so. If you do any of these activities then they are conducted entirely at your own risk.

5.     Please do not climb trees (branches sometimes break, or people slip).

6.     Please ensure that all children in your party:

   (a) know the above rules and what they mean; and

   (b) are kept at all times under proper supervision and control.

Farms and farming can be dangerous to visitors and we want you to enjoy yourselves in safety. We hope you will not mind our making these regulations and they are no more than the application of common sense.
